Pleat Support Mesh
Pleat support meshes are designed for use in the production of pleated filter cartridges. They support and maintain the pleat structure, prevent contact between layers and preserve optimal filtration efficiency.
Outstanding uniformity and mechanical strength make the mesh well suited for folding and lamination together with filter media. It is supplied on rolls in widths adapted to the filter type and runs smoothly on pleating and lamination lines.

Pleat support mesh keeps pleats evenly spaced and stable during manufacturing and in use. The filter holds the shape it was designed with.
Prevents layer contact
The mesh keeps the layers apart and preserves the open flow channels between the pleats. The filtration efficiency of the cartridge is preserved along with them.
